A blocked toilet is one of the most common calls we get. Most are cleared on the spot with a plunger or toilet auger. When the blockage is further down the line, we clear it with our high-pressure jet blaster, and if a toilet keeps blocking, we put a CCTV camera down the drain to see exactly what's causing it. Where needed we lift the toilet pan to get at the blockage, and if the toilet itself is cracked or worn out, we can replace it.
