We ran the hot and cold water in Auspex PEX pipe, set out the drainage for the new fixtures, and left everything capped and ready for the wall linings and the fit-off.

The problem
This is the same Penrith home where we cleared a blocked toilet: we ran the CCTV camera through the sewer and jet blasted the tree roots out. The camera showed the clay sewer pipes were broken and full of roots, so the roots would keep coming back. The customer accepted our quote to fix it properly.
What we did
We dug down to the old clay sewer along the side of the house, cut out the broken pipes packed with tree roots, and replaced them with new PVC sewer pipe, bedded in blue metal. We also installed two inspection openings, so the line can be accessed easily for CCTV inspections and jetting in the future.
